Casting Terms and Conditions

DarenDino Productions may offer you roles in their productions as a result of filling in and submitting this application. We do not guarantee work within DarenDino Productions. Any roles we may have is subject to casting criteria.

When working on set, you are not allowed to take any photographs or video of filming in progress or contact any journalist/reporter/writer regarding the work you have done on any DarenDino Productions. This includes social networking announcements, websites, radio or any other medium accessed by the public. Uploading photographs and videos of cast and crew is not permitted unless agreed with DarenDino Productions in advance. Any DarenDino Production films that are jeopardised by unauthorised photographs or videos being made to the public will result in legal action being taken.

You agree to comply with any rules and regulation set by DarenDino Productions when filming on set, in the studio or location based filming. If your behaviour jeopardises production or brings DarenDino Production into dispute, or any other behaviour that may be deemed as offensive, threatening or inappropriate, or if you misrepresent DarenDino Productions, DarenDino Productions have the right to dismiss you from production and terminate your contract with DarenDino Productions.

Whilst working as a third party contractor, you are responsible for your own well-being, financial expenditures, personal health. Nothing in this agreement shall render you an employee DarenDino Productions in any form.

DarenDino Productions is not liable for any loss of or damage to any of your personal possessions or personal injury when you are on set. We are insured for any loss or injury caused by negligence, accident or fault by DarenDino Production. Prior to any filming, DarenDino Productions will carry out a risk assessment and health and safety check on all locations and the written report may be made available to you upon request.

DarenDino Productions cannot guarantee you work on any production. We are not obliged to contact you with any work opportunities with DarenDino Productions. You are not obliged to accept any work offered to you by DarenDino Productions, you have the right to refuse any work offered to you by DarenDino Productions.

This agreement may be terminated by DarenDino Productions and yourself with immediate effect. Termination of contract shall be effective however communicated, provided it is confirmed in.

If you apply for any product or service detailed on this Web Site, these Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with any other terms and conditions which relate to any such product or service and, in the event of any contradiction between these Terms and Conditions and the specific terms and conditions relating to such product or service, the latter shall prevail.
